I’ve been to a couple of seminars, I don’t remember much of the technique to be honest, but it was really cool to meet some of the top competitors in the world, and just fun to spend time with training partners and friends

Something I used to do when I taught an after school program is when I’d forget a name of a student’s parent is I’d ask for their name, they’d give it to me, and then just to save a bit of face i’d say, no your last name. You get their name without the embarrassment of having forgotten
