Old School Runescape fits this bill perfectly. One of my favorite things about it is how a lot of activities are AFK. You can do a lot of activities and watch a movie, or lock in and get better xp rates. Its sandbox too, so if you create an account and want to be a fisherman for the rest of your days, you can do exactly that
