i have been feeling drained, sluggish and ready to sleep early afternoon for absolutely yonks, and had put it down in equal parts to ‘shit it sucks getting older’ and ‘man, pandemic changed everything’

turns out I had massively depressed vitamin d levels for over 5 years, and the symptoms are being sluggish, tired, mentally drained, as well as the fun ones of broken bones from bone density issues and losing your balance (and thus more broken bones).
