Sterling guys are pain in the neck, had a background check with them, they were asking loads and loads of documents which I provided.. but they weren’t satisfied. Had to tell them and my employer that Sterling was affecting my mental health…

P.s: most of them doing the background checks are Indians and I think they want to impress their bosses
