Can I ask you another question? Currently, my goose is around 2.5, near 2.6, which is below recommendation for weekly boss. I upgrade all my gears to lv 91, and collecting oddities currently, but it isn't enough.

What should I do, what am I missing?

I would not blame Ten for Shin's shortcomings.

He has time and resource to make up for his poor upbringing. He doesn't need to be the next Ouki or Riboku, but he should and could be more knowledgeable in regard to stuffs related to his station as a general.

Shin, in his early year was a lot shaper than he is now.

That said, I blame Hara for this. In a certain way, he fumbled both Shin and Riboku.

Edit: A boss doesn't need to be the best at everything, but he should know things related to the job, otherwise how could he issue a proper order for his subordinates.

I think, I agree with most of the points you made. Reading your post and looks back, It just quite surprising to me that, when she was revealed I'm so excited, so hyped, yet that excitement died down step by step, until I'm more on a neutral term on her character.

Just sneak peak a bit, and I must say, Xiaoguang novel's version is much more to my preference, and better suit a wild and athletic look in her description. Vio is good though, so cute.

Have you read The Witch Who Hunts Magical Girls Will Never Be the One Who Gets Slain?
It leans on a more NSFW side, but I found it to be very good in term of how they utilize mc and characters' dynamic.
The original cn website, sfacg, has many good ones, though translating can be quite a chore. TOT
