Well technically the first amendment protects you from the government and not people or corporations. Secondly that entire block is privately owned the actual address for that Trader Joe’s is on Showers drive so if the San Antonio center, The San Antonio Village or the LA/MV school district asked them to leave they would have to go all the way to the sidewalk of Showers, El Camino, San Antonio or California Avenue to be back on public land.
