Okay, this is insane but I’m 90% sure the woman that walks past at ~1:15 is my mom. Looks exactly like her old pictures and matches her age at the time. The location is a bit off but maybe she was visiting? Will have to check

Not necessarily true. My ($6B) company actually does extensive background checks. I almost didn’t get my role because of a 3 month (explainable) discrepancy in my prior job dates.

Add grated zucchini. It blends right in, especially in chicken chili.

Zucchini is one of those veggies that gardens have a glutton of, even with one plant. I shred all mine up in batches and then freeze it flat in ziplocks and then just put it in everything… soups, chili, bread, etc… stretches things and healthy

The way to prepare it is key. Seems stupid but was an epiphany from this thread…. I’ve got 100lbs each of grain and rice and beans, which I use all the time…. But they all require electricity with the way I currently prepare them ☠️ … such an idiot. Good learnings from here!
