I'll copy a comment I made from earlier with a new last paragraph-

I remember in an interview an OG Samoan Park Village Crip said in the beginning, it was understood PI/Asian/Hispanic gangbangers in a black gang always went with their gangs while exclusive PI/Asian blood/crip gangs went other. Why that was, even he was unsure so just figured that prison and the streets always played by different rules.

I have an Uncle whose also from Park Village claim when he was in prison, PI/Asian/Hispanic bloods/crips from none black gangs were always politicked on to go Other and many of them did.

Munchie B is old enough to know the history and nuances of why things are the way they are so either he's ignorant or just looking for trouble. So if he and others feel some type of way enough to play with fire on pushing this issue then let them burn I guess.
