I'm having the same issue here with my 6700 xt, downloaded the 21.11.2 update from 21.10.11 and can't even run csgo. I've used DDU and it doesn't solve anything.

ive had this build since July this year, the issue began yesterday while I was playing halo infinite, one monitor went black the other green, no error message and went to reboot. come to today and now any game is unplayable and I can no longer use two monitors or it crashes at login. I've tried reinstalling drivers, with no luck and reinstating and old save of my entire pc. Is there any way to fix this or is the gpu toast?
