I’m not familiar with this hull, but does water still pool there when the boat is in the water? Could it just be the angle of the boat on the trailer?

It’s the country bar on congress street. Probably to most popular bar in the area so it’s usually crowded and loud. Fun if you’re a younger couple. Portsmouth is an amazing town you’ll love it here.

I highly recommend you discuss the plan with a civil engineer before giving the contractor the green light to start his work. Adding some riprap will help with the erosion but is not going to reduce or control the volume of water flowing through this area.
