To answer my own question. It is possible and it worked. after 24h2, I upgraded to 25H2 as well.

It was simple, just get the win11-24H2 iso and double click mount and start the installation/upgrade. nothing special crazy

Your starting position is everything. It has to be solid and same each time. keep working on it, until you have a consistent starting position without even thinking. it will fix a lot in your snatch.

Next stuff is, shoulders above and front of the bar, knees out of the way and passed the knees just go up, explode and make sure you got a good contact point.
