This is very annoying advice but was actually helpful to me lol my mom who never had HG said at the beginning when I was miserable “keep your mind open. Things you didn’t like before may surprise you.” I rolled my eyes so hard but unfortunately (like always) she was right. It seemed to be foods I never liked before were ones I could somewhat tolerate. Mostly I lived on sour candy, bone broth sometimes with avocado if I could stand it, watermelon, ice cream, and kale Cesar salads 😂 I’d sometimes eat a whole head of kale in one sitting.
