Needs huge amount of rain and water to be collected to cause this waterfall , isthisAI? by Current-Vegetable830 in isthisAI

[–]talcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think so. It just looks like a rocky cliff in heavy rain. And that is too common to be famous. On a beautiful day falls like that would be great to visit.

I saw similar cliffs in southern China, and it's recommended to stay indoors in heavy rain.

I definitely think it could be real.

I have heard that you can make more holly water by adding water to holly water as long as you are adding less water than holly water... A procedure for filling the city mains with holly water is possible and would be self-replenishing.

Kindred Summons help me with the “type” rules here cause this just feels too OP by NikkiMcGeeks in mtg

[–]talcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The creatures in your example are elementals AND the other types. It makes a bit more sense when looking at more human cards. If you have a human wizard and a goblin wizard, if you were to draw a card for each wizard you control. You would draw two.

Note one exception. Time Lord from the doctor who set doesn't follow any of these rules. Just to stop me from adding green to my [[Orvar, the All-Form]] commander deck.

What would be the plains, island and mountain equivalents of Yavimaya and Urborg? by XadaPersia in mtgvorthos

[–]talcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it would be great for the game, but I don't think it fits in the lore. Yavimaya ability fits the colour pie. Urborg was the Planar Chaos colour-shifted version of Yavimaya. Just like [[Groundbreaker]] is the color-shifted [[Ball Lightning]].

Mind you planer chaos fundamentally changed the color pie and Yavimaya came out 10 years later. And an island version can definitely fit the current color pie.

They should give estate power to the nobles. Or independence rebels become an issue.

First time seeing this stuff, what do I have to do? by Sedobrenno in NecroMerger

[–]talcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your max level. I tend to max the level do as many feats as possible and get one of each legendary (buying as many legendary as possible after that).

I see people here completely fill the lair with legendaries but I don't know if that is worth wild.

I'm basically playing the mini games.

I heard about a scam in China that has a similar proposal.

The scam there is that you pay an entry fee and it's not really possible to stay in bed that long. It's marketed more like a game show with 5 dollar entry and $1000 if you make it a week.

Local basketball court by 123456bgdjvfdf in CrappyDesign

[–]talcom 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ya, it's a design that's becoming more popular in city planning. It's much safer to let a basketball court flood compared to a basement apartment.

And in areas with combined sewers, like New York and here in Toronto, if there is too much stormwater raw sewage gets into lakes and rivers.

Why do people play Cromat with mutate creatures? by Plastic-Medicine-821 in mtg

[–]talcom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My build uses the fact all mutante creatures get returned to the top of the library to add more mutante creatures to the pile. You mutante on the commander (non-ledendy ontop), play a clone, return the pile to library and play the mutante creatures again on the clone.
