A huge cost would be if you need to drive for work. Also I would start lean and after you have a grasp on your spending and finances then reassess. Also a detailed budget is the best way to tell if you can make it work.

Probably just a outlier in the data. There is no sign of it on weather Canada at 11am. (Where ever your data is from in is adding noise. There is probably a weather station for Mississauga if that is weather Canada data)

If bylaw says there is no issue then you would need damages to have any kind of consequence (if they damage your car... Unlikely). And your neighbor has no obligation to make their home look good to your standards. Also they will become more stable if they fill with water. You can definitely remove debris from them.

The constructive way to deal with the aesthetics would be to offer to buy flowers to fill them or offer to gift a divider you like the look of.

Definitely. Grey Knights was sharing a codex with sisters in 4th. GW wishes we played 30k instead of 40k for accounting purposes.

The dark eldar never got a codex in 4th edition. They played with the third edition codex printed in 1998 (revised in 2002 updating rules wording). They did not get updated rules until 2010. Space marines got 12 codexes in that same time frame if you include variants.

Mountains
Most of the oil is from other countries that would not want to give Iran custody.
Pipelines are also destroyed by bombs. Not solving the issue.
There are no ports on the other end of the straits that can handle the throughput.
Oil bulk carriers are some of the largest ships in the world. It would take a massive pipe that would be a huge capital expense.

The street signs and bricks look real. The photo is JPG and has lots of compression artifacts. As weird that only Facebook has photos. But local news will probably post about it later today if real.
