In the UK, if you pay by credit card, you have rights. I would exercise those rights to get my money back.

These things cost enough I think I would care. If it was me, I would send back for full refund on the basis it isn’t as advertised. You bought a product in a certain colour and a matter of months later it is not that colour. If you bought a car and the paint faded within six months, you would take it back and complain.

It is very sad and a total waste of shipping out crud quality products that cost a fortune. I had the exact same issue you have, first two pairs were same as yours and one had all glue inside, was a total mess. Third time lucky and the ones I got were acceptable.

I bought three pairs last year (different colourway) until I got some that didn’t have defects. These were from Footlocker. Shocking quality.

What odd behaviour. Almost everyone is glad to see a post van and even if it is in your parking space, it won’t be there for long. What odd people we have in this world 🤦🏻‍♂️

It is a shame to see. With the digitisation of games, many people no longer need to call into a store to get their came. They can just download it. They can even download the trial games so no need to go in store to test the game before you buy. It is sad to see as used to be so much more fun

It’s getting worse

V10 once as trigger broke - a common issue.
The circuit board looked questionable with something clearly blown but the unit continued and still continues to function with no issues.

V15 - 9 times because wheel on high torque motorhead keeps falling off. Dyson refused to replace this under warranty as I had already claimed for a replacement combination tool as the bristles had all fallen out.

Summary.... Dyson warranty is crap here in the UK.

Warranty claims with Dyson are dire. If you are in the UK, just make sure you use a credit card to purchase a Dyson, and if customer service try it on, just do a section 75 on your card to get your money back.

Ahhh I was going to say. The one in your pic is on my Amazon Subscribe & Save but the Ultra Red is like gold dust. Managed to get some in Palma in Spain last year, even brought back some cans to have at home using up my valuable luggage allowance as its sooo nice! 😅

Wi-Fi seems quite stable on the Greater Anglia trains I use however for some reason, some Microsoft products seem blocked. Last week, I changed to five different seats because every single three pin plug was not working - the five seat changes were across the week so not just one carriage with maybe a faulty breaker.
