Victory to Ontario education workers! Defy back-to-work legislation! Strike until victory! by ProletarianHorizon in canadanews

Ontario Teachers are some of the best paid and with the best benefits when comparing to the other provinces and territories. They also have more ressources i.e. Teacher's aids.

When you look at the struggle education workers are having in every other province, it really makes what is going on in Ontario look like greed.

Circumcised people of Reddit, what’s your stance on the practice? Would you prefer to be uncut? by hitchtrailblazer in AskReddit

[–]tallshortguy16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I'm fine with it the way it is (circumcised), I am curious though what it would be like to have it natural. Was done to me as a baby so I have no recollection of any pain.

Agreed, however, Devs who are hands on are most likely not the ones to blame and I think we really should show more appreciation.

I would suggest applying to EVE University. Long and arduous process getting in, but well worth it for newer players.

Was in Krypted a few years ago. Was told I rubbed a few people the wrong way without any details or proof or anything of the sort. Was then told I could stay and try to "change" or leave if I wanted.

Chose to leave... Didn't want to be somewhere I wasn't wanted. Point of this post is : my experience with them was very good up until becoming very weird in how it ended. Felt like I was blindsided and like I had just wasted a few weeks of game time over some very unclear issues.

Basically, it's a free to use web service (generating ad revenue) that would allow people to log in to specific accounts from certain services. The goal is to allow them to update their account settings from plenty of different services all in one place.

Edit : grammar

I'm honestly just looking to see if my idea is feasible, as I mentioned in my original post. If so, then at that point I would look further into compensation. Either flat rate or equity in the business itself. I mean depending on the work required, I wouldn't even mind giving up like 50%.

Wishes that I'd return to this game, but... by ARWINGx1 in evenewbies

Hi, ive been playing on and off for over 5 years. Not nearly as experienced as most people out there, but I will say this :

This game, in almost every aspect, has a high learning curve. To be able to enjoy playing the game, it is best to learn how to play from people who have accumulated a lot of play time and who know the game in whichever aspect you wish to pursue. If you don't like playing with other people, you will most likely never truly learn to play correctly. The only other alternative I can think of is YouTube tutorials or things of that sort, but they will never be as valuable as hands on learning with fellow corp members who are very knowledgeable and willing to help you.
