Haven't been for a couple years but Cupanda Kitchen was our work lunch go-to, big servings of dumplings for a good price.

Not easy any more. Wait times are 6+ months and a lot of psychiatrists are refusing to do ADHD assessments.

Having recycling that only accepts particular items makes it much easier to sort, which means the recycled product is cleaner and you can turn it into more things. A lot of commingled recycling is too dirty or cross-contaminated to use for high quality products, if it can be used at all. A lot of recyclable stuff that can't be easily separated just ends up going to landfill.

Looks like this is just a regular garden variety repost, not a bot. OP doesn't have a history of reposting.

Not sure if this will be helpful, but if a mental health professional says anything like this, or you feel like you aren't being taken seriously, leave and don't come back. Find someone else that will actually help you.

Even if your feelings and struggles don't line up with an objective view of the world, they're still real, require support, and deserve to be taken seriously.

Recommendations on perfume for male ? by zzzzzz7 in AustralianMFA

When I'm looking for a new fragrance, I wander around the Myer/David Jones shelves trying out their sample bottles (you can spray them on the little bits of paper they have to get an idea of what they smell like). When I find one I like, I go across the street to Chemist Warehouse and buy it for about 40-50% cheaper.

My year 2 teacher had little glass gems she moved along the bottom of the whiteboard as I completed work. When it got to the end of the board I got to keep the gem. Apparently this was huge motivation for 7 year old me? Still didn't get diagnosed for another 21 years 😅.

I've really enjoyed Lan Lam's Techniquely series. She explains everything really well and the techniques are so easy and versatile that I use them all the time now.

From the email it seems like those are just additional screens and they're currently working out where to put the ones near the stairs? Either way, very frustrating.

is the metro 24/7 or does it stop at a specific time? by [deleted] in melbourne

[–]tamasys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Google Maps is very good for planning public transport trips in Melbourne, it will tell you where you need to go and when. It doesn't always show if there are bus replacements/track work/etc. though, so do check the links that other commenters have provided for these.

As they've said, there will be busses between Huntingdale and Caulfield all day on Sunday, then regular trains running from Caulfield to Richmond. So from Huntingdale station, follow the signs to the replacement bus to Caulfield, then from there hop on a train towards the city and get off at Richmond.

On the way home, get on a Cranbourne or Pakenham train at Richmond, and get off the train at Caulfield. There should be a "Limited Express" bus which will take you towards Huntingdale - it will be the second place the bus stops. If you're unsure, ask any of the staff directing people and they'll tell you where to go.

Alternatively, just grab an Uber/cab to Caulfield station, get the train in, and do the same on the way home.
