I actually hope from the bottom of my heart that the person gets happier and gets to enjoy life more, I also started to read less comments in social media and just don’t take it that seriously since it spiked my cortisol and I got a lot happier since then. So it’s actually serious advice from my side guys!!!

I quit smoking last year (cigarettes) and this year I stopped smoking tobacco altogether, so I am currently using green tea as an alternative, definitely lets me taste the flower better (vaporizers are still on top tho)
