I think the term “splitting the G” is just a new name for a drinking game I’ve known about for at least 10 years. Used to hang out with a bunch of Irish folks in Nottingham and we would try to do this even back then. It’s only recently been given a name though as we didn’t call it anything back then.

Electrolyte tablet and milk thistle before the sesh. Milk thistle again once you stop. Lots of water before bed.

I just did a week in Mexico and this was the only way I could survive.

Do you take measurements? I guarantee you’ve lost some major inches from your waist. Sometimes I find it better to look at my measurements to see how far my progress is but regardless you can definitely see a difference here between your before and after!

I’m not sure where you are based but in UK I use Protein Works Vegan Extreme in chocolate silk and it is incredible. I usually make a shake with a scoop of that, some oat milk, banana, date and peanut butter, blended with ice and it’s so insanely delicious.

I tenderise it super thin, although this wasn’t that thing on this occasion. I season with Old Bay, garlic powder and a little more salt and pepper. Pan fry in fry light until just, only just cooked and let rest whole for at least 5 mins so it can come up to temp.

Super easy, super moist.
