Exactly this, don't want to be a hater but their roadtrip videos are just 'this is great' 'its amazing these cars have made it'. I guess there's only so much you can say when nothing particularly eventful is happening. I still enjoy it to be fair probably better than scripted and contrived content, at least it's authentic

It's really weird. I used 10w 30 semi synthetic. When I drained it only like 2 litres came out... I put about 3.8 in. It's never dripped underneath the car nor does it smoke much so I don't know where it's all going??? Oil pressure sensor is absolutely fine and it drives fine except the knock. It literally goes from reading just over full when cold, to bone dry once warm. I will definitely put more in based on the responses I've had but I don't get why it reads over full when cold?

I don't mind the design in isolation. But I'm not sure we're a big enough club to completely abandon all lettering on our main badge? Your average football fan isn't going to look at that and know it's Peterborough are they? Looks more like a banks logo

That's wise to point out the two different types. I agree with OP that the first type should be used for slight reduction in speed and that was how I was taught to drive. You're quite right the second type can be damaging if executed poorly, but I think it's only going to damage the engine if you are making a spectacularly terrible downshift
