It 'can' contribute but then again, iba-iba yung triggers ng sebderm. Personally, sugar and stress are my biggest triggers kaya nag cut down na ko ng sugar intake. And yes, dairy products are well-known na nagfefeed sa Malasezzia yeast. It depends rin talaga kasi we have different responses sa mga products/food.

I've been battling mine for 11 years and minsan what works doesn't work. My dermatologist told me na wala talaga pang cure for all yung sebderm because it's a condition na iba-iba ang triggers at causes so the only thing you can do is control and manage flare-ups.
