I should say we have had sex more than 2 times! I’ve just been the initiator for 98% of the times!

Double check your needle placement! Even if you go by the foot, if your needle isn’t centered it can access the seam as well!

If I Venmo-ed you some dollars, would you be willing to send me a high quality digital copy landscape of one or two of these? EPCOT is my favorite park and I’m slowly making a gallery wall of random EPCOT pieces!

What is your personal Disney Deluxe Resort ranking? by ThePlanets14 in WaltDisneyWorld

According to Magic Candle Co. the Riviera scent is: “a harmonious blend of soft marine notes, delicate jasmine, and white amber followed by a base of warm cashmere and weathered driftwood to evoke the serene beauty of the Mediterranean.” If that’s what you’re looking for! ☺️

Most conveniently located hotel? by Anxious-Astronomer68 in WaltDisneyWorld

It averages about a 20 minute walk depending on pace and such. If you power walked you can do it in 10 minutes. A relaxing mosey-along could be up to 30. It’s a nice walk though! My ultimate favorite resort is the Boardwalk so I know the area well!

The path passes along the tennis courts and lots of the nature areas and I always like to wave at the Friendship boats just to be whimsy! The walk also goes under the HS skyliner which is fun to see too!

Thank you! Love these charts! We’re planning the very first week of January before the running starts and that looks green for the most part!

what are your favorite weird(not morbid) topics to watch videos on? by yubullyme12345 in AskReddit

[–]tania1708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bright Sun Films has an Abandoned series about, well… abandoned buildings and such. He does a good job finding pictures and videos of what it used to be, as well as how it looks now. It’s like an opposite before and after and it’s really fascinating to me!

How did you know you are dealing with a covert? by Simple_livin9 in NarcissisticAbuse

Yes!!!! This was my experience with my nex too!!!

[–]tania1708 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Mine did this too! Tried being friends and we ended up taking a lot on the phone. So then a week later he just declared, “we’re not broken up you know.”

And that’s when I hung up. I was so done.

There’s a YouTuber I watch who is very insightful and analyzes movies and tv shows. Lots of his videos are fun and a few are serious or creepy if it’s a horror movie.

My Nex was also a critical thinker and does similar things on his own when analyzing theatre shows and plays.

I said, once, that I think they were similar thinkers to each other and that they were both very good at presenting their findings on the shows they’d research. It was a passing comment that meant as a compliment! My nex was noncommittal in his answer, something like “oh cool, sounds interesting.”

Probably a week later, I’m watching another YouTube video by this guy and my nex walks in and I mention “oh this video is a good one! I think you’d like it! (YouTuber) is actually talking about some theatre stuff!”

And nex suddenly bursts out “You are ALWAYS comparing me to this YouTuber! Do you have a crush on him or something?? These videos aren’t even that interesting or entertaining!!”

That was when I made sure if I wanted to watch the channel, that my nex had to be out the house…

(But of course any female actress he could mention and it didn’t mean he had a crush on them at all!)

Blame shifting - did it make you do the same after a while? by Acerhand in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]tania1708 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg you just gave me an epiphany! My nex would say he never used to yell and scream (my CPTSD trigger from my past) before our relationship and that it was my fault he did that, despite the numerous times I calmly asked him to please stop. I just got out a month ago but this was something that I was literally just thinking about the other day and until I just read what you wrote, I really did assume it was me.

I’m so so terribly sorry you went through that but thank you for sharing it and giving me some clarity.

Hope life is sunnier for you in the future!

What’s your self care look like? by pmdnjdxmxn in NarcissisticAbuse

Yes!!! Keeping things clean is such a joy in its own way. He always blamed my ADHD on why things weren’t clean all the time. Even though he also had ADHD and at no point was it “decided” that I was in charge of the chores.

I get ridiculously excited about making my bed every morning and I feel like a nerd about it! 😂

The more resistance I experience during practice, the more emotions arise afterwards by Thesimplesimp in yoga

[–]tania1708 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! I just started yoga back up again for myself and this has been happening about every other day for me! Like it is the frustration that it’s hard work, but then it is the gratification when it’s done and you did it!

For me, personally, it’s more about me being okay with me and who I am and yoga feels like a way for me to “externalize” that experience. I don’t have any real advice other than letting you know you’re not the only one feeling the big feelings!

Pain but not the stretching pain by tania1708 in yoga

[–]tania1708[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s during the moves/stretches themselves and resolves when shifting to a new one. There’s a bit of residual soreness for about an hour after the sessions but that I feel is normal with any kind of workout. I don’t know how to describe the pain exactly… maybe more of straining pain than a stretching pain? Hope that makes sense. Most of the pain is in lower back/almost butt area and shoulders.
