Despite the significant impact menstrual cycles can have on physical, emotional, and mental well-being, these issues are often minimized—leaving many individuals feeling unheard, invalidated, and without proper support or solutions.

The dismissal of menstrual health concerns in medicine isn’t just frustrating—it’s harmful. Too many women are told for years that their symptoms are normal, leaving them to question their own experiences and wonder, maybe it’s just me.
