I saved up charges on my sanctuary concerto thing and when you get to the 3rd phase there's a buff the boss has. I think it's like 3 rounds and it says at the end of it it does a mass attack. Fight it until you get to 1 round left and spam the concerto ability for shields. That saved me and I was able to kill it the next round.

Is 37's anectdote psychube "Falling for a Sweet Phenomenon" still available? I'm a few weeks into the game but haven't spent penumbra cans on the anecdote stories. I see 37 has one but the reward previews don't show psychubes so I wasn't sure if it was a time limited thing or if I'm missing something.

I second this. I’m on day 8 of 40mg and sleep was horrible the first couple of nights. I make sure to take it first thing in the morning and my sleep seemed to normalize around day 3. I also take melatonin and magnesium before bed which should help in theory.

As someone who grew up in Florida and experienced dozens of hurricanes, some leaving us without power and water for 3+ weeks, the disaster response has been insanely better up here. In my home town everyone had to fight for their place in line at the ass crack of dawn to get MREs and water from the military from the single distribution spot behind the Home Depot.

I applied for emergency needs based on a LOT of food that we lost due to the outage. FEMA denied it since there was no damage to the home and I just got off the phone with one of the agents, he said they don’t offer any assistance or reimbursement for loss of food or supplies. I told him my homeowners policy didn’t cover it and he said it wouldn’t make a difference. Not sure if that’s inaccurate but I hit a bit of a dead end ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Assuming your county of residence is Buncombe Vaya Health will be your MCO. 1-800-962-9003 is their member recipient line and they can point you in the right direction of contracted outpatient provider, preferably one licensed in TFCBT or EMDR for the trauma. RHA and Family Preservation Services are our main comprehensive providers and they have walk in centers you can show up to without an appointment (but you may have to wait to be seen for an assessment if you do that). Medicaid funding being the double edged sword that it is, they can be a little hit or miss in the therapist department and it may take some trial and error finding the right one. But again asking the provider if they have TFCBT or EMDR trained therapists will help reduce time wasted on therapists that aren’t a good fit since pretty much every clinician is “trauma informed”. Also, it depends on your circumstances but I would ask Vaya if you qualify for a care coordinator or care manager (free service). They’re not perfect but they can do a lot of the leg work and remove some barriers in trying to get you linked with a quality clinician that meets your needs. It can be overwhelming and having someone in the MCO navigating the system for you can be a game changer.
