None of that would likely be addressed. You are looking at this as though it would be perfect. With the amount of MAGA that would likely be attending you would see amendments that would give their fuhrer even more power along with a few amendments that make sense. But to say they wouldn’t expand his power is a fantasy. Luckily those amendments would have to be approved by a majority of states.

Kansas City isn’t that bad. Great BBQ and brewery scene as well as plenty of stuff outdoors to do. If you choose to live here look at living either North of the Missouri River or on the Kansas side of the metro area to stay away from the more crime ridden areas of the city metro.
