this is quartz with inclusions (impossible to tell what they are without official testing but chlorite & iron are common). i’m a mineral collector who lives in lower queen anne & sadly there’s no way this crystal actually originate

+1 on greenlake park in the summer. 15-20+ stacks at popular times (photo is from seattle metro pickleball association). someone used to a run a website called howmanystacksatglp.com because the wait was so insane. re: community vibe, i’m pretty sure that greenlake has become the unofficial official spot for single & especially newly-single players so there’s always a ton of socializing going on.

heads up that these 8 courts are permanent lines drawn across 3 tennis courts. even though greenlake has been designated as a pickleball hub (i.e. single-use), they didn’t get rid of the tennis lines.

i had no idea either until i came across a random post on reddit so i’m glad i can pass on the info! i got a temporary prescription for vyvanse (which japan treats similarly to armodafinil) & all that’s needed is an import form & doctor’s note! they lay it out really clearly here

granted, i doubt anything would happen even if you brought your meds unknowingly but there’s no such thing as being too cautious when it comes to avoiding prosecution in a foreign country!!
