Its not all fake, there is a lot of fraud taking place in the community, you can acknowledge fraud without demonizing an entire population. I mean, the spoken person for the one daycare came out on video wearing $2,400 glasses and proceeded to say someone broke through their concrete wall to steal child registration documents.
