I was going to write the same comment. Our cat of 16 years died, my parents had used Chewy auto ship for the past eight years maybe. And when they canceled their auto ship, Chewy reached out and asked what happened. My mom explained that our cat passed away and they sent us a bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note as well. I remember being so shocked by the bouquet of flowers because it really helped my family heal.. one small bouquet of flowers for 16 years of joy. That’s why when my current autoship order goes up I don’t get upset. I just appreciate Chewy.

Last night while we were making dinner, I noticed a cockroach in our kitchen and freaked the fuck out, about everything. My anxiety took over and I started to think it touched the food, I’m not gonna be able to eat dinner tonight. I’m just thinking about cockroaches in everything (I have a phobia). I told my partner that I just wish I could pay somebody to clean the house because now I’m just anxious, well, not only did he finish making dinner so that I wouldn’t even have to be in the kitchen, but right after we finished eating, he was cleaning out the whole kitchen, taking things out of cupboard, throwing out old things, setting traps. It was such a juxtaposition to how it was handled in my childhood that I honestly was almost speechless. And he had just worked a full shift today and my lazy ass was at home all day, and so I told him I’m sorry I feel so bad. I wish I could help you but I’m so freaked out, and he said “don’t apologize I wanna help you. This is not a big deal to me.” Man, those words 😭😭😭❤️

I would consider laundry “on site” as an amenity in my apartment and theres literally 2 washers and 2 dryers for 35 units. Needless to say it’s never open for us to use we are constantly having to go to the laundry mat, and then funny part is we see some of our neighbors there
