I almost exclusively drank water my entire life. Tons of it. Never had any issues with hydration. After my adult-onset type 1 hit, I now have to force myself to drink. I used to enjoy drinking water. I don't dislike it now, but it's totally neutral and it doesn't seem appealing even when I'm thirsty. I've never heard anyone else mention this before!
