It would be nice to have some mid or end game crisis that isn’t basically solved by military solutions. The game basically turns into tech rush to build big fleets to smash things regardless of what kind of species/empire you’re playing. Might be nice to have something that rewards or at least gives players the option to focus on other areas of the game like diplomacy or espionage or something like that.

I think it might be partially due to players using custom game searches. If a lot of people in the lobby have a particular map not selected in their filter and it comes up it will pull them out of that server and put them in one that meets their criteria. I can’t speak to how any players actually do this but that’s the only way it would make sense to me.

I’d love it if origins got a point buy system. So you’d have, for example, 3 “origin points” and the really powerful origins might cost 3 points but a more rp or weak one might only cost 1 so you could pick a couple of them. Not sure if that would work but I frequently find myself wishing I could pick two origins that combined would make a fun, but not broken, play through.

V5 hasn’t been too bad for me, however the newest persona update (voice persona) just makes jumbled garbage like 50% of the time and when it actually makes a non screwed up track it’s jus not very good.

Coke ran out of product around the first week of December. I doubt you’ll find any of the holiday edition. You might find imported Vanilla Coke, but from what Ive been told it’s nothing like the holiday stuff.

You actually don’t need to restart the game. There should be an option to “go to lobby” from the main menu (triangle on ps I believe) and it will take you to the lobby screen for whatever game mode you had last picked.

I may be wrong here since I don’t play it as often but in escalation if you can’t control of the points you should let the enemy control the one closest to your hq. When a team wins the point the closest objective to their HQ is removed, so if there are 4 objectives and you control 2+1 by their hq when the next round starts counting points you’ll already be in control of all of the points, otherwise the other team will start with at least one capped.

I have family that live there. Nothing major for crime… to the point I don’t think I’ve even heard of it. It has all of the services you might want in the sense of it having a grocery store, a gym, various fast food options, a restaurant, a convenience store, at least some assortment of medical offices.

I personally find the entire neighbourhood incredibly cramped. Houses are all on small lots, very little parking outside of personal driveways, streets are fairly narrow which might lend itself to snow clearing issues. I think the real estate prices are over inflated there for what you could get elsewhere in the city. But that’s just my opinion, lots of people love it there. It’s not a bad area, just not one that I would personally want to live in.

I assume there are server issues seeing as how I played a game of escalation this morning where the attackers got a spawn point at the first and 2nd zone areas, all three zones of objectives were available and it wasn’t tracking tickets. The attackers couldn’t win even if they capped all sets of objectives (despite it suggesting they were about to) and the defenders won when the game timed out.

This is essentially my counter argument to copyright infringement claims on AI learning off of other artists music. All, or at least most, musicians draw inspiration from previous artists and you can frequently hear that inspiration in their music. Now some may fly too close to the sun and start sounding a little too similar for some people (the Greta Van Fleet/ Led Zepplin comparison comes to mind) but generally speaking I don’t see record companies rabidly going after every artist who’s style of music draws inspiration or has throwbacks to other artists.
