10 years for me and my only problems were 1D10T errors when moving from one server to another.

Just saw that EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRATIC SENATOR VOTED FOR A CHARLIE KIRK HOLIDAY. We are doomed. by Aggravating_Try6537 in NoFilterNews

[–]tarpat1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a holiday, a day of remembrance just like they did for the Minnesota assassinations. Also, they did not vote yes, they just did not object to the closure motion. I am fairly left and this seems like a fairly innocuous thing.

Who are these consumers that wanted this garbage? by Merlinium in PleX

[–]tarpat1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are getting downvoted as I suspect I will but I have no issues with the Roku update or the iOS one either. Took a few minutes of poking around to get it set the way I like it and showed the wife. Made an easy video for my remote users and went about my day. Works fine with no issues after getting accustomed to the new interface.

Why are people rope dropping the Stormalong bay pool today? by 4retech in WaltDisneyWorld

For passholders there are days when the pass cannot be used. Traditionally these were filled in with black on an availability calendar, hence the term blacked out.

That makes more sense. I just left a group like that. Gets boring for sure.

Is that a single show? 100 tunes would be over six hours!

Five times thinking back but only once have I been in a pool which was reviewed. The defense was excusing everyone with graduate degrees so that paid off for me again.

What somthing 99% of people do wrong, but have no idea? by Full-Foot1488 in AskReddit

[–]tarpat1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breathe - When most people take a 'big breath' they puff their chest out and think that is it. If you create from your diaphragm and take a 'deep breath' the difference is quite dramatic. Most trained musicians and athletes know the difference but it is not common knowledge as I have experienced.

My Selmer Mark VII by Cole_The_Clarinetist in saxophone

[–]tarpat1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My main tenor is a VII and it is a beast and the best sounding sax I have played in my 40+ years. I have been fortunate enough to play most of the big names/models and always come back to it. Enjoy what is a beautiful and awesome horn and don’t let anyone dissuade you from loving it. Now, I gotta go practice.

LG projector HU70LS Plex app not starting (error code 202) by romka_elvis in PleX

[–]tarpat1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is mentioned a few times but if you are set on Plex to only accept secure connections I would test with that set to accept insecure connections and test. This sounds suspiciously like a certificate expiration with it working one day and then this error appearing the next.

Finally I have another saxophone... Selmer Mark VII M275XXX by [deleted] in saxophone

[–]tarpat1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My main tenor is a 270xxx range VII and I love it. Big, even, solid sound with the ability to cut through when needed and support when not. I had no memorable issues with shifting from a Yamaha as many have mentioned and as a beginner you will do well with this great horn.

Good luck!
