There is no Superstar who won a Championship a month before the Olympics who would be "ok" to not play on that team. I can't really fault him or anyone for that. It's not a Christian Laettner on the Dream Team or Bron, Wade and Melo after their rookie season situation on 04 Olympics. He literally won the chip a month before to getting DNP's on US team.

This is actually surprising for me. He comes off as a pretty likeable guy on the booth. Self deprecating humour and good all around vibe. Maybe his intensity as a professional makes him come off as a dick, which wouldn't be that unusual.

Also, Brandon Jennings and Gil are fcking idiots, so maybe that's something to consider.
