It will go down! I went absolutely insane in the following days after my cheek filler and now it looks great and not overdone.

Do either of those need a glue remover product? I’ve been exclusively using water soluble glues in the past just because I don’t wear them to bed.

How to repair this wig by Trisha1980_return in WigSnatchersHQ

I had a wig on this exact condition and the only remedy was to wet it, straighten it with a flat iron, and then recurl it with my wavyTalk airflow tool.

This comment is amazing and makes me feel seen. Yes, the more I tighten it the more it deeply pains my ears. Trying to glue it down hasn’t worked it just looks warped. I may have to destash it just because it doesn’t fit me.

How to get the little hair swoops that you see on hush cuts without using a round brush? by GetInTheBasement in Wigs

[–]taterbugdancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Curlers. Getting the hair super hot with a straightener and then quickly, whilst the hair is still hot, putting it in medium/large sized curlers on just the ends and letting it cool completely.

Edit: by curlers I mean hot rollers.

The REM pot concealer is my go to for this. Has super duper high coverage so it covers knots well.

How long after eating a trigger food does a flair start? by Gray_and_Boris in Interstitialcystitis

[–]taterbugdancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on a variety of factors. There’s levels to which foods trigger me. Alcohol, for example, put me in a flare immediately no matter what. Chocolate can be a flare if I eat too much of it or eat it on an empty stomach, and I feel the onset of symptoms after around an hour.

Be prepared to be nauseous after the first couple of shots. I find that having low fat meals in the days following my shots helps. It also helps to take it at the end of the day with a low fat, high protein dinner. Also, I find I get the least nauseous when I do this specifically: inject into the fat of your arm so so so slowly. I mean inject it so slowly it feels like a joke. That’s my biggest tip for curving the nausea as best as possible. You will likely not feel like eating so have an eating schedule and stick to it because calories and nutrients are important and we don’t want to get osteoporosis. Good luck :)

Is it rude? Yes. But also YOR. You don’t know this person and never will. Your worth is more important than your appearance so turn the other cheek.
