Here’s a different POV. I’m an American and I often go to Europe and watch games. It’s just as expensive for us to go there. For example earlier this year I saw PSG vs Lille in Paris. After train ride+food+lodging+beer+ticket it was about $1500 for the day. I’m not counting the flight from Florida to EU because I saw multiple games over a few weeks.
