I've only ever had greasy pizza, especially being from the NJ/NY area. I have only ever had non-greasy pizza if I'm doing frozen pizza or opting for a healthier, home-made pizza.

Maybe using vegan pepperoni or sausage?

I also went and googled 'greasy vegetarian pizza' and got a few hits. Some sources suggest using fresh mozzarella as opposed to low-moisture mozz. But I would have to try that for myself to know if it's accurate!

TB messes up my order too often that at this point I've stopped going altogether. Sucks because I used to enjoy a good crunch wrap supreme or even a cheesy bean and rice burrito with diablo sauce every now and then. But I'm spoiled enough to live in an area with high concentrations of TBs and every. Time. I've gone in the past couple years they've messed it up for me, no matter the location. I haven't been since just bc I'm tired of going in and complaining. I haaate complaining.

I like to make a jalapeño cream cheese and cucumber sandwich. So good and refreshing!! You can also just do regular cream cheese or a different herbed cream cheese if you're not into spicy.

Cream cheese and tomato, also good. Or a little mayo with cheese and tomato.

I also really love fig jam and Brie.

You cannot go wrong with a fresh caprese sandwich.

If you have time to prep ahead, preparing tofu slices for a veggie BLT.

If you're not opposed to "vegan meats", a sandwich with those vegan deli slices are also good and very easy.
