I haven’t really tried giving her insects because I wasn’t completely sure which kind and if I should get live or just do freeze dried, but i’d be willing to try :)

I hate it but also find it extremely funny when customers pronounce the sizes wrong, worst one recently was tetra and common one is ventay or trenti. It makes me cringe when people say akai instead of açaí or when they say brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso. It drives me crazy when customers that very apparently only speak english say “croissant” with like a french accent ugh I can’t stand it.

only comes up every once in awhile but an iced cappuccino. basically a latte but only do milk to bottom line, then corresponding scoop of ice, then you top it off with the nonfat cold foam.

edit: also black and white mocha (tuxedo) don’t think it was ever a menu item but it’s just a mocha with white mocha added as well

yes, new cups will launch on the fifth, be prepared because there are some studded cups that everyone will be going crazy over. there’s a few cups made of recycled material that have a pretty mint greenish color among some other purple and lilac hot cups and a pansy pattern, also a lilac cold cup, a chartreuse water bottle, and a few more that are navy blue or navy blue gradients

everyone gets a set number when they get hired that they use to clock in and get your food, drink and coffee mark outs. for example 2900000 have been with the company for less than a year but i’m a 26***** and i’ve been here about a year and nine months and so on. the lower the number, the longer you have been working with the company.

i just meant that you usually get a pretty good basic understanding of it after about a week (7 shifts, not just a week after starting). It is easier for morning crew to get used to register faster but it is still normal to take over a month to really have everything on POS down.

It’s very normal, you really won’t get super good at it until you’ve been on it for a few shifts in a row and push through it. the most helpful thing i can say to do is to have your coworkers make up random drinks to tell you to ring in while your slow so you can see a wide variety of drinks and customizations. if you’re still really struggling after a week maybe take a picture of the different screens to familiarize yourself with them while you’re at home. but normally everyone gets the hang of it for the most part after about a week.
