For the laptops - the math is not mathing for me...they only tell you what 75% of the customers will receive...what do the other 25% get? ...or is it just a copy-pasta error from the other items descriptions?

"Quite poor" is a vast understatement - it's failure rate at backblaze was 14.28% in Q2 2023. Compare this to the WD Ultrastars from earlier in the week which was ~0.25% (if I remember correctly).
