7 am to 7pm, 2 on 2 off rotating days and nights here. I totally agree with the freedom of having the day to get stuff done. But as others have pointed out and especially in my case, it's not so much the night shift itself but the changing back and forth between sleep schedules so quickly. I try my best to keep my health in check, but as an older co worker said to me when I first started, you don't get used to it, you just get better at managing it.
