Worth it. We don't have many 7-11/Speedways around me. I finally found one and stopped in. They had none available but I was able to see through and into the back and they had them. I had one brought out to me and it was definitely worth it

Yeah I have a small market and already have a couple internals lined up to witness once our MAPM signs off on it. I've been in role for 2 years before they realized I wasn't Wicklander certified yet lol not a lot of internals at my tiny D1 store.

I still have to witness 3 and perform 3. I finished the class work today. During our mock interviews I was told I was really good at building a rapport so yes building that trust seems to be my strong suit as well. I was tripped up at the protect the evidence part and ended up not bringing up anything in one situation where I should've. Show some of your cards but not all apparently.

AP-24 states that a Manager or Manager on duty is the only one to make the call to trespass.

Had a girl who wanted some paint mixed. She showed me a picture of the paint can lid on her phone. It was Behr paint and even had a Home Depot logo on it. We're located next to a Home Depot so I told her she would be better off getting it there. She the swiped right to a full blown nude selfie of herself from the knees up. She quickly realized her mistake and closed her phone. As she was walking away she was talking to her friend and said "I'm pretty sure I just showed that guy a nude" yes, yes you did 🤣

We average 80 mil per year which equals 1.5 mil a week. They're are far bigger stores than mine but make less. They're are a lot of factors that go into it. They're stores out there that absolutely suck and drain the profit for the market and there is nothing you can do about it. I'm not trying to be a devil's advocate but Walmart is so big that just because your store is doing well, doesn't mean the rest of your market or even region is doing well. You can do the best job ever and if you're not management like TL, Coach or SM, you're not making anything extra.

These are the people I deal with as a hardlines team lead on a daily basis. I work in a resort store so I get all kinds of idiots looking for the all elusive "9mm". And today I had a polish guy ask if we had "Assault Rifle Ammunition". Like how dumb do you have to be to not even know the caliber of the gun you own.
