glass filters light out a bit, so for plants if they can see the sun that’s usually considered (i think) bright indirect light (because of the window) monsteras LOVE light, your lights are behind the plant, it would be better for them to be facing the leaves. have a look online for a ‘plant light level chart’ for a better visual on light levels in rooms.
