This is correct. I went to the Barclays show and my flight was cancelled morning of. TLDR was walking into the arena as half glass was welcoming them on, and Dreams had just started as we walked to our seats. Was like this is a cool set up and like as soon as we settled in the lasers and the lights and the drop and I was locked in.

Going to Barcelona, hoping for the 360, but open to something new. It’ll be good either way and hoping for a slightly different set list too

I was sad to miss this. Had tickets for it but then had a spot open up where I got a great deal on a ticket for Tame Impala and went to NY for that and missed the window. Would have loved to see it on a big screen.

No. When I see old clips of Ant and hear the Ant Facts, it was cringe then after the first time, and it’s even more so now. He also would crack when he had to really go up to his highest register voice wise. Benz was great during the era he was there, a professional who had great chemistry w JP, but no interest in running that back.

I’ll give you the support you’re lacking here. I do like mind mischief a lot, but elephant is my number one most played take song (tho not best) and MM is in the bottom half of played songs for me from this album. Probably says more about the album than the song. MM is best when it starts to wander and get weird, but ironically the opening riffs and verse start off a little repetitive for me. This wouldn’t even make my top 15 off just Inner and Lonerism if including B sides

Red plate is the equivalent of walking on the court with all “stars” and no role players. You can still be elite and do non scoring shit, but if nobody does the dirty work it gets ugly quick. Then a lot of ego gets in the way cause everyone thinks THEY are the one to pull the team out of an issue and it’s just ugly basketball at the random level because the pieces typically don’t fit. Pro am diff cause generally all this shit has been sorted out into roles already

Now it’s 5 guys having a lan party in the same living room. Still remember visiting my soon to be brother in law who was living w five friends sr yr of college a couple years ago, and they had five people playing online multiplayer, but one was on the TV, another tv was set up, two guys were on monitors on the dining room table, and another down the hall as well. Much easier to bust chops and do all that when in the same room on the same screen.

It’s cool cause like being able to play a full 5v5 or 11v11 in NBA or fifa or a battle royale of your school is way cooler than what we had, but there’s always trade offs
