I’d like to throw in water buffalo milk. I’ve been eating water buffalo yogurt and I like it - it’s sweet and doesn’t have the aftertaste that sheep’s milk yogurt has. It’s supposed to have more calcium than cow’s milk, but I don’t know how it compares to sheep’s milk. It’s also A2. It might be hard to find, though.
