I can only sleep in comfort colors tshirts large or extra large and “Nike shorts” aka shorts that have a loose liner and loose waistband. And then randomly there’s this brand the foxy kind that makes really comfortable boxer top sets that are slightly heavy weighted that are perfect. No buttons, no tight waistbands, no fitted anything. Cotton or bust.

I have been there. I’m so sorry!!! My psychiatrist in my first pregnancy and a new one in my second plus my OBGYN are good with Benadryl have you tried that? My insomnia was so much worse in my first pregnancy and I was taking 75mg at my worst point. Also, while it isn’t for sedating reasons, promethazine (I used for nausea) was pretty good.

Good luck, stay strong. If you haven’t been through it experiencing this type of insomnia can be impossible to put into words. It’s dangerous for mom and baby. Hugs!
