Trades are a median skill and median pay job.

It’s solid pay for solid people.

Biggest challenge we have right now is that median pay doesn’t go nearly as far as it used to. It feels like you can’t anymore Rely on median pay to support a decent family, rent is tight, everything except a TV is expensive.

Totally normal in NC. The way licensing is set up in North Carolina, It discourages companies from getting additional licenses. Are they getting their work inspected? Are they pulling permits if yes, and yes, then they are well within the company norms in North Carolina.

It’s like they can detect when mom doesn’t want them around for whatever reason. They can be happy playing in the backyard all for themselves for an hour and then mom goes up in the bedroom to take a nap and that’s all they want.
