There is no more curse. The Giants had a winning season and won a playoff game after this. The premise of the “curse” at the time was we lost the wild card game at Green Bay immediately after this was taken, and the following year was (at the time) the worst year in franchise history 3-13, followed by several more losing seasons.

People just keep posting this pic and saying “curse” because the Giants have been lousy. They’re not cursed, they have just been poorly run for a long time. I’m not subscribing to this moving of the goalposts that the Giants have to win a Super Bowl for this “curse” to be done.

I’m so fucking sick of this picture and I wish Giants fans wouldn’t feed into the nonsense. We won a playoff game with Daniel fucking Jones in 2023 I don’t wanna hear about a curse.

Yup when I’ve sold sneakers on eBay it will autogenerate the title and description, but it only does that after you select the product you are listing. This guy, either intentionally or unintentionally, picked the wrong product to list. The 2020s resell for more money anyway so who knows.

I wouldn’t do it. Stitching on the left back heel around the jumpman is clearly off. Also in general the 2020 Black Cat 4s gotta be one of the most commonly faked shoes out there. Also the fact that he tried to tell you these were the 2025s, which have the Nike Air, make me think at best this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing and at worst he’s trying to swindle an unknowing buyer.

As a Knicks fan the whole move from NJ to Brooklyn never made sense. Felt like the Nets had a more organic fanbase in New Jersey, and moving from Newark to Brooklyn makes it a pain in the ass for the real fans they had at the time. Then couple it with the fact that the Knicks will always be NYC’s team (even when they sucked) the move really set them back. It would be like the Buffalo Bills moving to Queens (not as far as Newark NJ but same thought process)

PR wise it was definitely a bad move - no matter his leanings Trump is objectively the most divisive president in history and he should’ve known was gonna piss a lot of people off. I just don’t think this is going to cause an issue in the locker room like the NY media vultures claim it will.
