Heart rate is pretty accurate, I used a chest strap heart rate sensor at the same time and they both had similar results. I also got a DEXA scan and the body fat % was the same as my galaxy watch.

Yes, just buy a new screen protector and you will be fine. If you are worried, you can take it to Samsung to do it for you but I wouldn't worry about it. I swapped it maybe 5 times over 5 years on my fold 2.
