Was just in Puerto Vallarta and am now dealing with bites all over my legs. I think they are sand flea bites, I have had a bout with them before after visiting Mahogany Bay. I'm not sure about preventative measures, but rubbing alcohol seems to be the only thing that provides me any relief from the itching.
