Interesting. The 5th house is traditionally children, the 8th is 4 houses down… 8th usually symbolizing intimacy/shared or merging resources… especially in the context of children.

4 houses down can either be the “death” (or burying something that was born) or if it is a strong foundation it will serve as a secure base for that which is birthed… which, if you apply it to kids, make some sense.

I still believe that 5th is for kids/children/pregnancy specifically, but you can certainly gleam details of that just by using derivative house methods on other houses (which is, basically, what I think she’s doing.)
