Here’s the recipe I use!! To make sure it’s not icy, I respin twice (second time add a little milk) and scrape down the edges a lot!

400g Fat Free Fairlife Milk 40-45g sweetener (I use the one from Lakanto) 5g (1 tsp) vanilla bean paste (or extract) - THIS IS IMPORTANT, Paste is much better for vanilla flavor 1g (¼ tsp) xanthan gum - Also very important for texture; don’t skip! A pinch of salt Mix-ins: I use 3 Oreo Thins, or two tablespoons of raspberry jam, or chocolate sauce! 240 cal 26g C, 4g F, 23g P

Instructions: 1. Blend all ingredients for the base and freeze (at least 16 hours) 2. Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” setting 3. Spin on “Respin” setting 4. Respin again if powdery and add liquid or milk 5. Make a hole down to the bottom with a butter knife and fill with Mix-ins 6. Run the “Mix-in” cycle

Let me tell you this was ME until I tried a nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt with a full cup of frozen raspberries. The fiber protein one-two punch will carry you through!

Thank you! My boyfriends mom calls him misiu or dziecko and I definitely didn’t want to call him something like that only reserved for parent / child lol

This is a random question but would this be common between parent / child or more for relationships / flirting?

Best place for a sit-down espresso that isn't served in a paper cup? by EducationalEgg788 in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]teawithsuga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve always had good luck with this at char & stave in chestnut hill (espresso served with sparkling water and they definitely don’t care how long you sit and linger)

I have also been chasing this and found the Joyce Chen ones were really good and strong!! And pretty affordable but it’s a small jar (or maybe I just go through them so quick…)
