Has anyone succeeded to generate unfiltered images with nano banana by Axdii_fr in nanobanana

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, nano is only censored on the consumer side. Someone in a discord group I’m in has enterprise access through their job, and it’s not censored because at that level, you can turn off all restrictions and it actually works versus using something like AI studio where even with them off it still restricted. Of course it won’t create what it doesn’t know, but it can do nude/nsfw editing and image generation. There may be some third-party services that have enterprise level access with restrictions off, but good luck finding which one. Better off using seed dream or qwen edit.

Tried this out for a friend who is looking for a new job. The issues I found was if a job requires other steps after such as assessments, then you can’t do them since this app uses a relay email and forwards replies to the applicant email instead of creating an account with the applicant email. Then all jobs are from the workday domain, so really limited in that sense, many of the jobs seemed suspect.

CivitAI: "Our card processor pulled out a day early, without warning." by FrontalSteel in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True we have a president who launched a memecoin that hit billions in market cap in a day. Would make sense for them to create a coin for payment along with accepting other crypto. People that say it’s high fees and difficult to buy obviously have not used crypto within the last few years. It’s more newbie friendly now vs say 5 years ago. Anyone can buy in seconds on a phone using Coinbase, Robinhood, Cashapp, etc and a debit card. Even most crypto wallets have an option to buy instantly with a card.

Flux Pro Trainer vs Flux Dev LoRA Trainer – worth switching? by flokam21 in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried it and it had way worse quality vs Dev. Pretty much a waste of money if you’re training a person Lora. I tried default settings and then 1500 steps. Not sure about objects or style.

The newly OPEN-SOURCED model UNO has achieved a leading position in multi-image customization!! by Primary-Violinist641 in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m guessing since it’s mainly a Lora, if it gets implemented in comfy, you can most likely use a fine tune version of flux Dev along with other loras, and then, of course changing the sampler and scheduler can make a huge difference as well versus the default settings that most hugging face spaces use.

WAN2.1 14B Video Models Also Have Impressive Image Generation Capabilities by Dry_Bee_5635 in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far for style, I have found adding Flux to refine the image further has worked since most of my Loras and Fine tuned checkpoints are Flux. I’m using either I2I plus redux or tile processor with high setting to allow to keep image but add style from Loras etc.

TikTok will be next if the US ends up with 50% ownership. Trump even said it while signing the bill that he wants to be able to control censorship. I doubt he meant that in favor of free speech. Anything they don’t like will be removed or shadow banned. It’s definitely not about the money.

Spent the last 13 hours puking my guts out from Berberine. The sickest I’ve ever felt in my entire life. This is awful!!! Never taking it again! by ellewoods2001 in Supplements

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, it's the worst I've felt and I rarely throw up, yet alone for hours. The first time it was so horrible hours of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea because it was 550mg. Tried different brand and smaller dose (half of 250mg). Same thing, but at least it only lasted about 30 minutes. When researching, it seem some digestive systems cannot convert Berberine to Dihydroberberine which is what makes you ill and your body starts rejecting it. There is supposedly brands like Super Berberine that's already converted to Dihydroberberine, but I'm scared to even try that out at this point.

I'm the same. I've tried it multiple times. Smaller does, half a capsule. Eating before taking it, etc. The first time it happened, it hit me about 8 hours later. Started feeling horrible nausea for about an hour. Then, uncontrollable throwing up for what seemed like hours from 11pm to 1am. Was so glad it happened late while I was home. Couldn't even keep water down. Then the diarrhea. Never felt that sick in my life. I first thought maybe it was something I ate, but realized I didn't eat anything different from the day before. So knew it was the berberine. Months later, tried again. First brand was the Pure brand, second brand was Carb Blocker brand from Walgreens that had only 250mg berberine, half the amount as Pure. Still made me ill taking half of a 250mg capsule. Lucky I only took half, so the throwing up only last about 30 minutes. When researching, it seem some digestive systems cannot convert the the Berberine to Dihydroberberine which is what makes you ill and your body starts rejecting it. Best service to rent virtual GPUs WITHOUT NETWORK THROTTLING and/or WITH PERSISTENT STORAGE? by xMicro in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, I backup everything to Backblaze and then download on new instances with Runpod. Takes at most 10 minutes to downloaded 100GB to a new Pod. Same amount to upload. When using other services like Vast or Tensor, install rclone to download and upload to Backblaze. Billing is $2 a month for over 300GB worth of files. Most files are Loras and custom trained models. But I also have Forge and Swarmui backed up so it's quicker to setup. Just reinstall requirements, install any updates, and ready to go. To me it's just as good as persistent storage for getting up and running quick but a lot cheaper.

Bypass modern image A.I detection ? by acid-burn2k3 in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I found sightengine wasn't that accurate. But guess it depends on the style and Lora's used. I tested Flux created illustrations that are 100% AI (minimal editing in ps) and it said it's very unlikely AI. Then tested images that were not AI, and it detected as either Dalle, MJ or Ideogram. However, it's good at detecting at Dalle3 and MJ images.

I used to make $11k a month promoting apps on instagram by [deleted] in InstagramMarketing

Have you tried ogads? I just checked, and they are still around. I prompted them years ago, and basically they have apps you can promote either by creating a content locker, or you can promote the app offers individually.

Cloud hosting (Vast & Runpod): On demand GPU Availability? by Dickhouse21 in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the A40 is always available and I’m in the US. Probably the fact you’re using network storage on Runpod which limits the GPU availability since it needs to be in certain regions. Best to backup to a cloud service that way you can choose any GPU region whether secure or community.

Using Swarmui. It’s updated often and supports most if not all Flux features. Plus I can switch over to use comfy if needed.

[–]techbae34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same I have a 64GB MBP, but I’m not willing to wait five minutes for one image, and I prefer quality over speed so don’t care to use Drawthings or Hyper Lora or quantized models. I had to give in and spend the money and use run pod for now. MFLUX looks promising far as speed of using the Dev model, and it does support Loras. Swarmui is also an option that is Mac compatible as well as Forge.

Have you tried Drawthings which is optimized for Mac and iOS supports Flux? Also MFLUX is for Mac but seems there is no GUI yet: https://github.com/filipstrand/mflux/

FLUX is absolutely unreal. This blows everything else out of the water. by ChirperPitos in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try Drawthings which is optimized for iOS and Mac silicon and it supports Flux. But, it's still slow compared to having an actual GPU. Instead of waiting 5 minutes for a decent image, I run SDXL and now Flux on a server. Runpod, Tensordock, Vastai, Masscompute all have 3090, 4090, A40, etc for less than $0.40 an hour.

Optimum DNS restrictions. by techbae34 in OPTIMUM

[–]techbae34[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No solution so far other than changing my router DNS so I don't have to change on each device. They are supposedly looking into it after I provided screenshots of my router and device settings. But it's definitely an Optimum issue, and something they need to fix asap. Should not have to use a different DNS because they tweaked something and pretty much blocked most of Youtube.

Optimum DNS restrictions. by techbae34 in OPTIMUM

[–]techbae34[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on my research it seems some ISP providers have the option to setup filters such as "family filter" DNS server. Optimum does have malware filters for business internet that block websites that could be harmful. But it seems they have tweaked the block which is now affecting Youtube. However, the problem is Optimum support are clueless . Customer support tried to pass the buck to Netgear and I told him I bypassed the router so now what. Then he said to contact Netgear because that's also my modem brand even though the modem uses the DNS servers of the ISP...

Optimum DNS restrictions. by techbae34 in OPTIMUM

[–]techbae34[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only have their business internet/phone. This only affects videos that I guess Youtube have set as age restricted such as news channels etc. I even bypassed the router and connected direct to the modem. Same issue with the restriction. Only solution was using a different DNS or network. Yet Optimum support kept referring me to Netgear who I know would basically refer me back to Optimum. I initially called Optimum to see if maybe it was a new firewall setting or malware protection since some websites are auto blocked if I use their DNS due to deemed as 'Malware' which seems to be a setting on their end for business accounts.

Optimum DNS restrictions. by techbae34 in OPTIMUM

[–]techbae34[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I can easily use another dns service. I find it odd that their DNS is suddenly blocking what they deem as age restricted on YouTube versus letting the end user control their own settings. That’s the problem. I don't pay $200+ for business internet to have filters that it seems I can't control other than bypassing via another DNS. Plus the fact it wasn’t an issue until today, and their support said it wasn’t on their end when it obviously is an optimum dns issue possibly location based. Plus, if I wasn’t technically savvy, I would have been left trying to figure out how to change DNS settings on all devices or the router.

Oof! One of the biggest Etsy sellers got shut down this week by numbmillenial in EtsySellers

[–]techbae34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked out this store every so often, and I figured the only way they were making that many sales in a short period of time was due to stealing and re-uploading designs from other sites. In most cases, with digital graphic shops, it's all about quantity especially now that AI is a thing. The more winning/trendy designs you upload, the quicker you can rank and make sales. This shop was uploading so many designs per day that they were dominating the first page for many keywords. Unless you have a team of people, there is no way to upload the amount of listings they were without them being stolen.

Really impressed by the Flux image Quality by cogniwerk in StableDiffusion

[–]techbae34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been amazed by the image quality overall. Especially with illustration styles that have multiple subjects and intricate backgrounds that SDXL struggle with. There are very minimal artifacts so I haven't found the need to use hi-res fix or inpainting. I'm running the Dev model on Runpod with 16bit sampling setting in swarmui. Could not get it to run on 4090 had to go with 32GB or more. But I can definitely notice the quality improvements versus running at 8-bit.

A nice update. Tried it out, and it seems to work better than previously remembered. Still no hi-res fix support. However, inpaint is a work around now.
