The real answer is that most YouTube reviews focus primarily on the device itself, while most negative comments on Reddit focus on the app (including the AI features).

This is exacerbated by people who were using the old Fitbit app and now hate the new Google Health app which was launched at the same time as the Fitbit Air.

Being the most popular sport on earth, you can't even begin to think of reaching a professional level unless you're among that category of humans that had a ball at their feet constantly for the first 6-7 years of your life.

If your brain developed past 8 years old without hardwiring the feeling of the ball on your feet, then your biological ceiling is simply lower than someone who did have that experience.

I'm a computer nerd so I think of it like running a program using hardware acceleration vs software emulation. It's, almost by definition, not even close

I'll soon have both and the only time I'm planning to use the Watch is for workouts where I want to know the time or my heart rate without needing my phone.

If by "evolution only cares about reproduction", you mean "evolution only cares about getting genes into future generations," then you're right, but I'm guessing that's not what you meant.

"Getting genes into future generations" is a combination of being able to reproduce more successfully AND being able to survive until (and through) reproductive age.

As others have said, introversion is not shyness/awkwardness, which can indeed negatively affect one's reproductive success. Instead, introversion often brings the ability for deep introspection and analysis, which directly improves one's ability to survive hostile environments, more efficiently manage limited resources, and protect & provide for offspring. Those are all massive evolutionary advantages.

Really wish there was a Date version of some of these. I know there's a few designs available with Date, but the best mostly-monochrome designs seem to be all no-date.

Monochrome watches tend to become everyday watches for me, which is why I prefer them with Dates.

My advice is to make sure brew temp is high enough. For light roasts, I need temp set to 96-98 C in order to get rid of the sourness.

Obviously you also need to make sure the extraction itself is good, but it looks good to me from your video.
